Welfare Scheme Policy

✅ This Welfare Scheme Policy is an instrument of the ABITPA Constitution. It operates under Article 7.2.2 (Finance, Welfare and Audit Committee) and the National Council's authority under Article 6.2.4. Members qualify for benefits after six (6) months of continuous welfare contributions.

⚠ Read the ABITPA Constitution before submitting. Submission constitutes acceptance of all obligations. Subject to Executive Council approval (Article 4.2).
🚨 Critical and High incidents MUST be reported to the Cyber Security Authority of Ghana (CSA) within 24 hours under the Cybersecurity Act 2020 (Act 1038) §30. ARB Apex Bank must be notified for incidents affecting shared infrastructure.
